A leading provider of software to the wealth management / asset management sector is currently looking for people with strong knowledge of the sector to join their customer supportĀ  team in South Cheshire.

This is not an IT support role. You will be using your detailed knowledge of the asset management sector and its processes to work with UK investment houses in the implementation and training of the software platform that underpins their businesses. You will also provide ongoing support to these customers from a functional user perspective, helping them to use the software effectively.

If you have a strong understanding of the sector, like to communicate with end customers and enjoy solving their problems, then this opportunity could be right for you. You will be working closely with a number of key players in the sector, understanding their businesses intimately and helping them to maximise the investment they have made in their software platform.

You will be based in wonderful countryside surroundings in South Cheshire with ample parking, away from the city centre offices that you may have experienced in the past. The office is easily commutable from a number of towns in the area including Crewe, Nantwich, Northwich, Stoke, Whitchurch and Chester.
