A Project Manager with experience overseeing projects of varying complexity and scope is sought by a financial services business which is in a truly exciting phase.

Based in Stoke on Trent, this large organisation is already a market leader but has an ambitious and achievable road map of change ahead of it. Much of this is focused on the Digital Technology side of the business.

This is a senior role, reporting into director level, with responsibility for analysing and delivering projects and changes of various sizes as part of an increasing programme of change. Using an adapted form of Prince 2, you will take on projects from the very early stages, adopting a RACI framework and proactively managing project resource from across multi-discipline teams. The business is driven by a desire to underpin everything they do with innovation and excellence and will want someone to share this passion.

The ideal candidate will have

•Knowledge and experience of working within various project management methodologies

•Knowledge and experience of working with ITIL methodologies preferable

•Knowledge and experience of working with software development lifecycle Agile SCRUM

•Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft project Server or another project management tool

•Clear written and verbal communication skill

•The ability to work within a small team and autonomously

•The ability to prioritise own workload

•Proactive and self-motivated

•Excellent attention to detail

•The ability to influence decisions and outcomes to achieve objectives.

•The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

•Budget management skills
